3. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the services available through the munkakozvetito.hu website (Website) operated by Access Recruitment Személyzeti Tanácsadó Iroda Kft. (Service Provider).

Any natural or legal person (User) who begins using the Website expressly accepts these T&C. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the T&C; such amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.

4. Scope of Services

The Service Provider, registered as a private employment agency under no. 4161-2/2011-5400, provides the following services:

  • For employers: executive search (headhunting), placement of management and specialist positions, candidate selection and HR consultancy services.
  • For job seekers: presentation of current job opportunities, forwarding applications to client employers, free career advice.

The Website contains informational content about the Service Provider's activities and enables interested parties to contact the Service Provider or apply for advertised positions.

5. Services for Job Seekers

Under applicable Hungarian law — in particular Government Decree 118/2001 (VI. 30.) — the Service Provider provides its recruitment intermediary services to job seekers free of charge. The Service Provider may not and does not accept any fees, costs or other remuneration from job seekers.

Personal data submitted when applying for positions advertised on the Website is used solely for the purpose of conducting the selection process. For details on data processing, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

6. Services for Employers

The Service Provider agrees with client employers on the details, fees and conditions of its recruitment services through individual contracts. These T&C apply to such contracts only insofar as the separate agreement does not provide otherwise.

7. Application Process via the Website

Users may contact the Service Provider through the Website in the following ways:

  1. By completing the application form for a specific job listing;
  2. By completing the general contact form;
  3. By contacting the Service Provider directly via the email address or phone number provided.

When completing a form, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. The Service Provider reserves the right to disregard enquiries that are clearly false, incomplete or spam-like.

Following submission, the Service Provider will contact the User within a reasonable time during business hours. The Service Provider does not guarantee a substantive response to every application, particularly where the applicant does not meet the requirements of the advertised position.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos and the website source code — is protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the Service Provider or is used under licence.

Unauthorised copying, distribution, modification, public display or any other use of the content is strictly prohibited. Such infringement may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider publishes information on the Website in good faith, based on data received from client employers. The Service Provider accepts no liability for the accuracy of positions described in job listings, actual working conditions, or the content of employment contracts concluded between employers and employees.

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Website but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability. The Service Provider excludes liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the Website, except where such loss results from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

The Service Provider will investigate complaints and respond in writing within 30 days of receipt. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, Users may contact:

  • Conciliation Board: the conciliation board having jurisdiction at the User's place of residence (see bekeltetes.hu).
  • Consumer protection authority: the consumer protection department of the competent district government office.
  • Court: the court having jurisdiction under civil procedure rules.

11. Miscellaneous

These T&C are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably; failing that, they submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.

If any provision of these T&C becomes invalid or ineffective due to a change in law or a court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions take effect on 29 April 2026. Previous versions are available upon request.
